Freda: Early run on bluefin continues
Bluefin tuna fishing has been very good the past two weeks as one of the best early season bluefin runs has been taking place offshore. A large concentration of bluefin are present 45-60 miles southeast of the Manasquan Inlet. These bluefin are ranging in size from 20 to more than 100 pounds, but the norm for most boaters has been fish caught in the 40-to-50-pound range.
